Important Usage & Care Guidelines
To help maintain the appearance and performance of your water feature, please read the following important care information carefully.
Pump Care
- The water pump must never operate without water.
- Running the pump dry may cause permanent damage to the pump and will reduce its lifespan.
- Always ensure the water level remains sufficient during operation.
Warranty Coverage
All water features include a 1-year warranty on the water pump supplied with the product only.
Colour fading and paint flaking are natural occurrences in products and are not covered under warranty.
Indoor & Outdoor Use
Some of our water features are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
However, we do not recommend placing water features directly on timber flooring, carpet, or delicate indoor surfaces, as water splash or minor overflow may occur during normal operation and could potentially damage these surfaces.
We strongly recommend:
- Using a protective mat, tray, or waterproof base underneath the water feature.
- Consulting with our team prior to purchase regarding expected water splash levels and suitability for your intended location.
Returns & Exchanges
Please note:
- Returns or exchanges are only accepted for products returned in their original, resalable packaging.
Polyresin Finish & Surface Information
Polyresin water features are decorative products designed for aesthetic outdoor and indoor use.
Please note that:
- Colour fading and paint flaking are natural occurrences in products and are not covered under warranty.
- Variations in finish and ageing may occur between products.
To maintain the finish for longer:
- Avoid abrasive brushes, harsh scrubbing, or strong chemical cleaners.
- Use a soft cloth or sponge for general cleaning.
Recommended Surface Protection
For longer-lasting surface protection, we strongly recommend applying:
3 coats of White Knight Gloss Clear prior to first use of your purchased water feature.
This additional protective coating can help improve durability and assist in protecting the painted surface from weather exposure and moisture over time.
Please note that we generally advise against adding external accessories to our water features, such as LED lights. This will void any warranty.
