Warranty Policy

All water features supplied by Water Features Adore include a 1-year warranty period unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note that the warranty is limited to the pump supplied with the water feature only. The warranty does not cover fading, paint flaking, weathering, surface deterioration, or general wear and tear resulting from normal outdoor use and environmental exposure.

Please note that we generally advise against adding external accessories to our water features, such as LED lights or other aftermarket modifications. Any damage or issues resulting from such modifications may void the warranty.
