Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation: Any cancellation of an order must be made within the first 24-48 hours of placing the purchase. If the item(s) has already left our warehouse and you wish to cancel your order, please contact us.

Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% plus any initial and return shipping costs will be payable by the customer if the manufacturer has already started processing the order.

Non-Returnable Items: Please note that due to the unique nature of made-to-order, custom, or personalized items, they cannot be returned.
