Shipping & Delivery Information

Australia-Wide Service: We deliver across Australia. If you reside in regional areas, please contact us directly for a custom quote and save on shipping by choosing one of our partner depots for item pickup.

Trusted Delivery Partners: We work with most of the larger delivery companies in Australia, including Direct Couriers, Allied Express, Hunter Express, TNT, among others. All deliveries are insured.

Depot Network: Our partner depots throughout Australia offer subsidized shipping costs. Customers with a ute or trailer can collect their items from these nearby depots.

Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

Dispatch and Delivery Times:

  • Non-Made to Order Items: We aim to dispatch within 1-3 business days.
  • Made to Order Items: These have approximately an 8-week completion time.

Delivery Duration:

  • Typically, delivery takes between 7-10 business days depending on location.
  • Regional areas and locations such as Western Australia, Tasmania, and North Queensland may require additional time for delivery.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will share the tracking number.
  • If delivery is through our local partner delivery truck, tracking details may not be required.

Delivery to Your Property

  • Front Door Delivery: The shipping service will deliver your goods to the nearest access point to your house, typically the front door. Due to safety restrictions, transporters are not allowed to move your goods to other areas of your property.

Non-Heavy Items (25kg or less): 

  • Items under 25kg will be delivered in a carton. The driver will unload the carton at the front of the premises.

Heavy Items (over 25kg):

  • Heavy items will be delivered on a pallet. No forklift is required at the drop-off location, as the pallet will be transported on a tail lift truck. The driver will unload the pallet at the front of the premises. Pallets will not be moved upstairs. If pathways, such as steps or stairs, are blocked, drivers are required to leave pallets on the nature strip.
  • Advance Arrangements: Please arrange in advance for moving the pallet inside your building and for installation. The delivery person is not obligated to assist in bringing items inside or onto your driveway. You, the purchaser, are responsible for these specialized services.
  • Storage and Redelivery Fees: If the item is not immediately delivered to you, we are not responsible for any storage or redelivery fees that may arise. If you do not arrange for redelivery or collect the freight within 7 days, the freight will be returned to our warehouse at your expense.

Additional Guidelines:

  • Address Changes: Water Features Adore is not responsible for changing the original shipping address. Any fees associated with such changes are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Forklift Requirement: Very large and heavy items will need to be moved from the front of the premises or curbside to the designated spot using a forklift. Consider hiring a nearby builder or landscaper for this task.
  • Installation Costs: Water Features Adore does not cover installation costs under any circumstances.
  • PO Boxes: We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • ATL Option: To avoid trips to the depot or redelivery fees, choose the "Authority To Leave" option in the cart checkout comments box.
  • Liability: If you select the ATL option, neither the courier nor Water Features Adore will be held responsible if the freight goes missing from your premises after delivery.
  • Post-Shipping Instructions: ATL instructions cannot be added once an order has shipped.
